Our signature power flow class where we pump the music and the infrared heat in a candlelit setting. You will detox and de-stress while hustling in this fast paced class. Consisting of 8 sections (warm-up, sun salutations, free flow, strengthening, balancing, backbends & inversions, deep release and savasana), this class is specifically designed to make you sweat, make you strong, and make you come back tomorrow

Hot, BOLD 45.
Consider this class to be Power’s spicy little sidekick. What it lacks in duration, it makes up for in determination. A shorter version of our Power class that is guaranteed to give you the sweat, stretch, detox, and intensity that you are looking for. Taught in our signature candlelight with motivating music.

Hot, BOLD HIIT.
A 45-minute class taught in a 90-94 degree room with dim lighting. Hot, BOLD HIIT combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga – truly where peace and power meet on your mat. HIIT provides a full body, cardio workout that burns fat while building lean muscle mass. And of course the music and the teacher will inspire you to push your limits.

Our hottest class for many reasons! A 60-minute class consisting of a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a infrared heated studio set to 105 degrees. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes a standing series and a floor series. Like our other classes, HOTTER is set to music and taught in a dimly lit room.

Don’t let the name fool you. Your body will work hard and rest hard during this 60 minute class, so we set the room at a “cooler” temperature and keep the music a little more mellow, but the candlelight remains. Our most indulgent and relaxing class that helps the body open and improve flexibility. You will flow for the first part of class, so that your body is warm and ready for restoration. Indulgent postures are held for 1-3 minutes in order to give the body time to ease into the new areas of flexibility and mobility.
